Fine… I’ll be a bit more descriptive.
I’m a freelance developer and technology startup founder. I founded Fintare Limited in January 2019 and it is currently focusing on the AnyStays project.
AnyStays is an innovative, on-demand short-term accommodation, automated property management and powerful customer service system.
The MVP is still being developed, after feedback from a small test group on a bleeding-edge version. Fintare is currently looking for investors to help put in place a complete team of developers to help us achieve the project goal of creating the best property management product on the market.
Why did I found Fintare?
Well, I’ve been in charge of the technical side of 2 family-run companies Estuary Properties (UK) Ltd and Velo Apartments Ltd since 2017. In these roles, I have developed our websites and internal tools (staff calendar, deal analyser, image manipulation tools, database backup tools), managed our channel manager and our local/cloud systems and servers. I have also recently started working on more effectively managing our brand, including leading the design of our 2020 theme.
However, I am also heavily involved in the operational side of short-term accommodation (at Velo Apartments). The combination of experiences in both of these gave me an understanding of where our business efficiency could be improved. The AnyStays app aims to automate and systemise workflows. We want guest stays to be an experience – the best experience possible. To do this, staff must be able to focus on customer service rather than administration. In addition, the friction of the processes that occur between guests and management companies must be reduced. AnyStays is more than a single-purpose app: it’s the framework for a vision of the future of property powered by technology with automation and integration threaded throughout.

As a freelancer, I’ve created several information websites for various companies, as well as provided assistance and staff training for business systems.
I’m a massive rock fan. Imagine Dragons, Three Days Grace, Skillet, Thousand Foot Krutch and 12 Stones are some of my favourites.
